New faces join CONNECT In Support Of Rapid International Expansion

Patrick’s appointment enriches the Company’s sales team, strengthening customer relationships as well as expanding its global coverage across a very strategic region for the company.

“I am delighted to join CONNECT at this juncture to grow business across Europe utilizing my extensive contacts across the territory,” says Patrick.

Steeve Ratna, Project & Support Engineer, joined the company in June 2019. His expertise as a business analyst and project manager is acquired across his highly diverse experience working for companies such as Canon, Carrefour (a French consumer goods giant), Banque Populaire, and the Paris Police. Fresh back from 1 year in Thailand, Steeve will be located at CONNECT’s new office in San Francisco, USA where the company enjoys a growing customer base. His mission is to manage the technical deployment of the KYBIO Media software across the United States and to offer local customer support in the Bay Area.

“It’s a huge opportunity to work and develop the company from and for the US. I am eager to increase brand awareness and introduce media companies here in the US to our company’s powerful Monitoring & Control platform,” says Steeve Ratna when asked how he feels about joining the team.
