WorldCast CONNECT, a leader in Network Monitoring and Control (NMS) solutions for media and broadcast, announces the release of Kybio version 5.5, a major update introducing powerful enhancements in performance, analytics, visualization, user management, and mapping capabilities. This latest version redefines how users interact with their data through Perspectives, an innovative new approach that allows them to create fully customized views based on services, business process, or equipment types. This replaces the previous group-based user management system, offering a more intuitive and scalable way to organize and analyze infrastructure.
With Kybio 5.5, users also gain bookmarking capabilities, enabling them to save and quickly access specific dashboard states, perspectives, toggles, maps, diagrams, ongoing events, and remote displays. Each user’s bookmarks are stored individually, allowing for a personalized and more efficient workflow. The built-in diagram editor has been enhanced, making it easier to create and customize network topology views.
Kybio 5.5 also introduces advanced map settings, giving users more control over their geographical visualizations. A new Map Selector now allows users to choose between OpenStreetMap (default), Google Maps, and OpenWeather layers, enabling live weather overlays directly on the dashboard. These features provide a clearer, real-time understanding of network infrastructure and environmental factors that may impact performance.
Beyond analytics and visualization, Kybio 5.5 strengthens automation capabilities with Virtual ScriptEasy integration, allowing for real-time automated responses to network conditions, reducing downtime, and optimizing operational efficiency. These improvements make Kybio more powerful, flexible, and user-friendly, ensuring broadcast and media professionals have the tools they need to monitor, analyze, and manage their networks with ease.
With its enhanced performance, smarter visualization tools, expanded mapping capabilities, and improved automation, Kybio 5.5 delivers unmatched control and efficiency for network operations.
