Update on COVID-19

Dear customers, partners, friends,

Today we are all facing a global crisis with COVID-19 and we are writing to share our commitments to the safety of our communities and the services we bring to our customers and partners worldwide.

With offices located in Europe, Asia, and the United States, our company is following the recommendations given by the different local authorities to ensure the health of our close ones, staff, and business peers. As of yesterday, and until further notice, our teams will no longer travel and our HQ in France, as well as our regional offices in Miami and Kuala Lumpur are no longer accepting visitors. We have also asked that all of our staff work from home - where we have ensured they are fully equipped and available for customers via email, phone or virtual meetings.

Our corporate and local teams are monitoring the situation related to cancelled tradeshows such as CABSAT, NAB, MPT, and Broadcast Asia, along with customer meetings. We are currently preparing digital experiences to enable us to continue our business engagements in these challenging times.

We will keep you informed as the situation evolves.
In the meanwhile, our project support team remains fully operational and all questions regarding licenses and driver creation will be answered in a timely manner. Regarding new projects or product enquiries, our sales team remains at your disposal.
